摘要
由于我国公路工程招投标的管理制度不够完善,出现了围标串标的行为,这会影响公平竞争的原则,同时还会损害业主的利益,因此,需要采取措施对这种围标串标行为进行处理。论文对围标串标行为的主要表现形式和成因进行分析,并提出具体的根治措施,希望能起到借鉴作用。
As a result of our country highway engineering tendering and bidding management system is not perfect, together conspired bidding behavior, which will affect the fair competition principle, also can damage the owner’s interests. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to deal with this kind of together conspired bidding behavior. In this paper, the author will together conspired bidding behavior of the main manifestations and causes were analyzed, and put forward specific radical measures, hoping to learn to play the role.
