摘要
上海滨江保留建筑上海船厂造机车间为装配式钢筋混凝土横向排架结构大型单层工业厂房,改建设计应用高低跨并蒂莲托架置梁,施工风险来自于受力构件内力瞬间剧烈转载变化。结合原结构勘测工况,创新利用②轴屋架梁端头剩余段空间,新增钢梁横向镶嵌吊装平靠于原托架错位置换,并借助原下承式托架横梁功能进行屋架错位托换使其上部荷载转移新增钢梁,实现屋架渐趋卸载平缓平稳落架,增大联通口净空高度,满足公共建筑功能需求。同时辅用结构安全预警监控技术(SHM),使工程一次成功。
The reserved engine workshop of Shanghai Shipyard in Binjiang of Shanghai is a large single-floor factory building of assembled reinforced concrete transverse truss structure. High and low span truss was utilized for beam placement in the reconstruction design, but construction risk existed in the instant and intensive transmission of internal force of load-bearing members. Based on investigation of the original structure, axial roof truss beam end space was innovatively utilized and new steel beam was transversely embedded and lifted to lean on and displace the original bracket. The original under-supported truss beam was utilized for roof truss displacement andupper load transmission to the new steel beam. Roof truss was gradually and successfully placed, to enlarge the net height of the connection opening and to satisfy functional requirements of public building. The SHM structure safety monitoring and early warningtechnique was adopted in construction to guarantee construction quality.
