当前时代的战争趋势是一体化联合作战,对于一体化指挥平台的建设是新军事变革的必要发展,战争形态的急剧变化,军事斗争准备日益紧迫,指挥手段已不能适应一体化联合作战的需求,因此,一体化平台建设具有十分重要的意义。
