摘要
地铁工程施工建设中,往往会对邻近砌体建筑物的结构安全性产生影响,为推动施工顺利进行,确保建筑物安全可靠,采取相应措施做好沉降监测工作,并预防建筑物沉降是十分必要的。文章结合工程实例,通过布设沉降观测点,分析了地铁施工对邻近砌体建筑物结构安全性的影响,并提出控制和完善措施。
