摘要
目的探讨分析依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取86例高血压脑出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗和常规治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后NIHSS评分、血浆EI-1水平、血肿体积、水肿体积,且观察患者治疗过程中的不良反应。结果观察组患者临床疗效总有效率为90.70%,较对照组患者的65.11%显著提高,其中观察组患者显效率达到60.47%,而对照组患者的显效率仅为37.21%,两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分、血浆EI-1水平、血肿体积、水肿体积均显著改善,治疗后观察组患者NIHSS评分、血浆EI-1水平、血肿体积、水肿体积改善优于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血临床疗效显著,患者神经功能恢复和血肿体积、水肿体积缩小明显,血浆EI-1水平显著降低,且具有较高的安全性,值得进一步在临床上推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with nimodipine treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods To select 86 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group. They were given edaravone combined with nimodipine therapy and conventional therapy. To compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment NIHSS score,EI-1 plasma levels,hematoma volume,edema volume,and the process of observation and treatment of patients with adverse reactions. Results Clinical observation group total effective rate was 65. 11% in patients with 90. 70% compared with the control group were significantly increased,including the observation group were significantly efficiency of 60. 47%,while the efficiency of the control group was only 37. 21% of patients in both groups of patients after treatment NIHSS score,EI-1 plasma levels,hematoma volume,edema volumes were significantly improved after treatment was observed in patients NIHSS score,EI-1 plasma levels,hematoma volume,edema volume improvement than the control group of patients,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Edaravone combined with nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage significant clinical effect,neurologic recovery and hematoma volume,edema volume is reduced significantly,EI-1 plasma levels were significantly reduced,and has a high safety,worthy of further clinical on application.
