摘要 利用试验台对射水抽气器进行了结构优化试验。给出了试验设备、试验方法和试验表的表头设计方法。以正交试验设计方法分析了喷嘴压力、喉嘴间距和面积比3个因素对引射系数的影响,并得到了最优方案。模拟结果表明:3个因素对引射系数的影响程度依次是面积比>喷嘴入口压力>喉嘴间距;引射系数随喷嘴入口压力的增大而增大,随喉嘴间距和面积比的增大先增大后减小。 The test stand was adopted for testing structure optimization of the water jet air ejector; and relevant test facility and procedure and test form' s header were presented; through making use of orthogonal experiment design method, the influence of nozzle pressure, throat mouth distance and area ratio on the ejector coefficient was analyzed to obtain an optimal scheme. The simulation results show that the area ratio affects the ejection coefficient much, then comes the nozzle inlet pressure and throat mouth distance in turn; and the ejection coefficient can rise with the increase of nozzle inlet pressure and then it turns from rise to decrease with the increase of throat mouth distance and area ratio.
