摘要
利用珀尔帖原理,在一种由N型和P型半导体所组成的电偶对中通以直流电,在电偶对的不同结点处会产生吸热和放热的现象,再将该半导体制冷片应用于CPU上。因其具有实时性好、可控性高、体积小、寿命长等优点,非常适合于CPU的散热领域。
Using the peltier principle,when set up a direct current to galvanic couple which composed of N model and P mode transmit,it will produce the phenomenon of absorbing heat and giving out heat on the different nodal point of the galvanic couples,then apply the semiconductor refrigeration piece on CPU. because it has many advantages such as good real-time operation,highly control engineering,small volume and long life etc,so it's appropriate for the domain of heat radiation of CPU.
