摘要
根据换热器管箱球面隔膜密封的技术原理,介绍了各关键零部件或其局部结构的设计及其技术背景,包括球面隔膜、管箱端部、紧固件和管箱端盖,以及隔膜的组焊等,相应还提出了主要的制造技术及质量要求,指出了应注意避免的问题。
This paper introduces the design and technology background of all key parts or their local structure according to the technology principle of spherical diaphragm sealing of channel of heat exchanger,which includes the spherical diaphragm,the ends of channel,fasteners,channel cover and fit-up welding of diaphragm. It also put forwards its key fabrication technology and quality requirement as well as some attention questions to be prevented.
