摘要
本文分析了新形势下企业离退休干部队伍的新特征,提出了新形势下加强和改进企业离退休管理工作的新思路和新方法。强调要把离退休干部管理工作摆到更加重要的位置,注重加强离退休干部的教育引导工作,转变离退休干部管理工作的方式方法。
The paper analyzes the new features of retired officials under the new circumstances and puts forward the new ways of thinking and methods for improving the management of such people. It highlights the need to place a greater emphasis on this area of work, step up guidance for retired officials and change management methods.
