摘要
目的探讨两性霉素B对阴道内不同耐药真菌的药物敏感情况。方法 2015年于北京大学第一医院,参照美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)推荐的M27-A3方案的微量液基稀释法,测量两性霉素B对阴道假丝酵母菌病(vulvovaginal candidiasis,VVC)来源的120株耐药白假丝酵母菌、30株临床分离株和8株非白假丝酵母菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 (1)两性霉素B对耐唑类药物的白假丝酵母菌的MIC仍较低。(2)两性霉素B对耐伊曲康唑组的MIC与耐氟康唑组没有差别(中位数分别为1.52μg/m L、1.10μg/m L),低于耐咪康唑组、耐克霉唑组。结论两性霉素B在临床上可以用来治疗VVC,对伊曲康唑和氟康唑耐药的白假丝酵母菌造成的VVC更有应用前景。
Objective To research the drug sensitivity of Amphotericin B against vaginal drug-resistant candida spices. Methods Susceptibility testing of 120 vaginal drug-resistant candida spices, 30 susceptive strains, 5 Candida glabrata and 3 Candida krusei were performed using the broth microdilution method (CLSI, document M27-A3) in Peking University First Hospital in 2015.Results (1)The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs)of amphotericin B against azole-resistant Candida albicans were still very low. (2)No MICs differences were observed between itraconazole-resistant group and fluconazole-resistant group(M=1.52μg/mL, 1.10μg/mL), and they were lower than the miconazole-resistant and clotrimazole-resistant group. Conclusion Amphotericin B may be used to treat the itraconazole-resistant and fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans.
