摘要
稻壳灰硅酸锂是一种新型的高温CO_2吸附剂。本文以稻壳灰为硅源制备稻壳灰硅酸锂,通过测定其动力学性能参数并结合重整反应的数值模拟方法,建立了锂基吸附强化乙醇水蒸气重整制气的动力学模型。模拟与实验结果吻合。结果表明,通过吸附强化作用,反应出口气体组分中的H_2含量大幅度提高,其他组分特别是CO_2,CO的含量大幅度下降,系统能量状况也得到了一定程度的改善。通过对比可以发现,在适当的反应物停留时间下,对于水醇比4:1的吸附强化重整反应,650℃是最佳的操作温度。
Rice husk lithium orthosilicate is a new kind of high temperature CO2 acceptor.In this work,a mathematical model of sorption enhanced steam reforming of ethanol(SE-SRE) was built by coupling reforming reactions and CO2 sorption kinetics of lithium ortliosilicate with rice husks as its silica source.The simulation results matched well with experimental data.It shows that the H2percentage of flue gas increased a lot while the percentages of other gases,especially for CO2 and CO,decreased.Energy condition improved by the mean time.By comparison with other circumstance,650℃ seemed to be the best operating temperature for SE-SRE system with ethanol to water ratio of 1:4 and proper staying time.
