摘要
基于ITU-E800的QoE理论和MVQ感知监测模型,建立了基于用户感知的移动语音性能评估体系,在此基础上开发了语音性能管理系统。该系统在广东移动实际应用中,取得了投诉量下降和用户感知提升的良好效果。
Based on ITU-E800 QoE theory and MVQ monitoring model, this paper introduced a mobile voice quality evaluation system based on user perception, based on which, a voice quality management system was developed. Practical application of this system in Guangdong Mobile harvested a complaint decline and enhanced the user perception.
