摘要
沟通是辅导员开展本职工作的最重要途径,能否与大学生进行卓有成效的沟通在一定程度上也反映了高校辅导员的工作能力与技巧水平。辅导员与大学生实现良好的日常沟通具有其现实诉求,同时,当前高校的辅导员与大学生沟通还存在诸多问题。只有在沟通中坚持原则、注意方法、注重技巧、善于积累,才能使具体工作起到事半功倍的效果。
Communication is the most important way to carry out the work of counselors. Whether college counselors can carry out fruitful communication with students in a certain extent also reflects their working ability and skill level. Realizing good daily communication between college counselors and students has its realistic appeal. At the same time, there are currently many problems in the communication of counselors and college students. Only by adhering to the principles in the communication, paying attention to meth- ods, focusing on skills, and good at accumulation, can it make specific work play multiple effects.
