摘要
针对SF_6气体补气作业流程复杂且作业精细难度大的问题,提出研制SF_6设备多功能全自动充补气装置,分析SF_6设备概况及充气作业中存在的具体问题,介绍该装置的结构设计方案和功能要求,通过应用数据说明该装置在现场工作中提高了充气精度,改善了工艺水平。
For the problem of process complexity and precision control for filling SF6 gas,researching multifunctional and automatic filling device for SF6 equipment is proposed,SF6 equipment overview and concrete problems existing in filling SF6 gas is analyzed,the structure design and functional requirements of multifunctional and automatic filling device for SF6 equipment are introduced,the application data shows that the equipment in the field work can increase the filling accuracy,and can improve the level of technology.
