摘要 本文对现有的Ka波段毫米波行波管用蓝宝石波导输能窗进行了冷测和仿真,并对现有结构进行了优化设计。仿真结果显示,优化前后Ka波段2GHz工作频带内窗传输能量损耗由2.5%~4%下降到0.4%-0.6%;对金刚石结构输能窗进行了设计和模拟优化,结果显示在工作频带内传输能量损耗为0.4%~0.7%。目前采用镀金工艺的蓝宝石结构输能窗已经在Ka波段500W功率的行波管样管上开展了应用研究。 The paper describes the simulation and cold testing results of a Ka-band high-power sapphire window. The power loss of the window is decreased from 2.5%-4%to 0.4%-0.6% over 2 GHz band width in Ka-band after structure optimization. A diamond power window was also designed and simulated. The power loss was nearly 0.4% -0.7%. Both of them can be met the requirement of 500 W output power of Ka-band TWTs.
