摘要
分析了图书馆移动参考咨询服务的方式和内容,然后从读者移动服务信息市场需求网络化、信息化和知识化两个方面研究了其市场需求现状;并重点利用调研问卷的形式分析、研究了图书馆移动参考咨询服务市场需求概况及存在的问题、需要改进的方面等。最后针对移动参考咨询服务市场需求分析了基于研究移动新技术,实现服务创新和变革营销新手段、增强服务广度的策略方案。
This paper analyzed the way and content of library' s mobile reference service, and studied the market demand sit- uation from the networking, informatization and knowledgeablization, and then researched on the market demand profile, existing problems and improvements of library' s mobile reference service by using questionnaire. And fi- nally, according to the market demand of mobile reference service, it proposed some strategies based on the re- search of new mobile technology, the realization of service innovation, the change of new marketing means and the enhancement of service breadth.
