摘要 膜法天然气净化处理技术是一种新兴的技术,气体膜分离技术在膜分离中占有相当的比重。气体膜分离法凭借其高效率、低成本、无污染等优点正处于蓬勃发展时期,相信不远的将来在天然气净化方面终将取代传统工艺。梳理了气体膜分离技术的机理及影响因素,并和传统的工艺进行了综合对比,全面阐述了膜分离技术在天然气脱硫处理中的应用,最后又简明扼要的分析了未来天然气膜法处理技术的发展路线与应用前景。 Gas membrane separation technology has occupied a considerable proportion in the membrane separation. Because of advantages of high efficiency, low cost, non-pollution and so on, the gas membrane separation technology is in a period of vigorous development. It is believed that the gas membrane separation technology will eventually replace the traditional technology for the natural gas purification in the future. In this paper, mechanism and influencing factors of the gas membrane separation technology were introduced, and it was compared.with the traditional process. Finally, development path and application of the gas membrane separation technology in the future were analyzed.
