自动导引运输车AGV凭借其安全、可靠、高效和灵活的特点,成为适应当今物流自动化发展的新型物料搬运方式。基于西门子S7-200型PLC和磁导航传感器设计了一种大载重量磁导航式AGV,详细介绍了其车体构成、硬件选型和主要控制程序设计方法,AGV现场运行情况和性能良好,具有广阔的应用前景。
Automatic guided vehicle(AGV) has become a new type of material transport to adapt to the development of modern automation with safe,reliable,efficient and flexible characteristics. Based on SIEMENS PLC S7-200 and magnetic navigation sensor,a kind of heavy capacity AGV is designed. Software design method of the main body,the hardware selection and the main control program are introduced in detail. The AGV's performance is good,and will have a broad application prospect.
