摘要
生产实际中,厚度0.5-1.5 mm的30CrMnSiA冷轧板lamb探伤存在杂波问题。通过检验各项性能和用扫锚电镜检测金相组织等,对30CrMnSiA薄规格冷轧板探伤杂波原因进行了分析。研究发现:钢板在临界变形量范围内,经再结晶退火后晶粒异常长大,是产生探伤杂波的主要原因;通过两段高温(970℃+920℃)正火处理,可消除晶粒不均缺陷,且lamb探伤杂波消失。
In practical production,there was clutter existing in a cold-rolled sheet 30 CrMnSiA with the thickness of 0.5-1.5mm during lamb wave detection.The forming reason of the detected clutter in the cold-rolled sheet was analyzed by testing properties and analyzing the microstructure on SEM.The results showed that the grains of the sheets within the critical deformation range would abnormally grow after recrystallization annealing,which was the main reason of the clutter forming.The inhomogeneity of grains was eliminated through two-stage normalizing treatment at high temperature,respectively 970 ℃and 920 ℃,and the clutter was disappeared.
