摘要
沥青混合料基水泥砂浆灌注式半柔性路面是由基体沥青混合料和灌注水泥胶浆两部分组成,灌注水泥胶浆材料组成、配合比及灌注工序是形成沥青混合料基水泥砂浆灌注式半柔性路面结构的关键。根据橡胶粉复合水泥砂浆的性能特点并结合沥青混合料基灌注式半柔性路面施工用灌注砂浆主要性能指标要求,通过前期橡胶粉复合水泥砂浆试验基础上结合施工实际掺入不同剂量的膨胀剂、增稠剂配制符合施工现场所需的灌注复合砂浆配合比,并利用配制好的灌注复合砂浆配合比室内按施工工序灌注不同油石比的基体沥青混合料,试验证实配制的灌注复合砂浆配合比按施工工序灌注基体沥青混合料,其内部结构结合紧密,达到沥青混合料基水泥砂浆灌注式半柔性路面结构要求。
Asphalt mixture cement-based mortar pouring semi flexible pavement is by the matrix asphalt mixture and cement grouting mortar is composed of two parts.Filling cement mortar material composition, ratio and perfusion process is the key to the formation of as- phalt mixture based cement mortar pouring semi flexible pavement structure.According to the properties of rubber powder composite ce- ment mortar, and the main performance index of the asphalt mixture based semi flexible pavement construction.Based on the test of rubber powder composite cement mortar,the combination of different dosage of expansive agent and thickener is added to the construction site. And the use of composite perfusion mortar ratio prepared indoor asphalt mixture according to the construction process in different asphalt aggregate ratio.Test proved that the preparation of perfusion composite mortar ratio according to construction process to be filled with the matrix asphalt mixture material, its intemal structure tightly, and meet the requirements of the asphalt mixture based cement mortar pouring semi flexible pavement structure.
