摘要
在线路改造中采用增容导线替换传统钢芯铝绞线,需要对替换的增容导线的弧垂特性进行校核,用户需要知道替换后导线的机械安全特性。介绍了一种增容导线迁移点温度和弧垂简便计算方法,该方法利用了Excle软件的计算优势,对不同温度下导线、受力单元的应力进行了计算,并将计算结果绘制成导线、受力单元的应力—温度曲线图,由此快速获得迁移点温度,同时根据弧垂计算公式可快速计算出相应的弧垂。
Using the augmented capacity conductor to replace the tradition ACSR conductor in the line transformation,it requires checking for the sag characteristics of the augmented capacity conductor.Users need to know the mechanical safety characteristics of the conductor after replacement.A simple calculation method for the transition point temperature and sag of the augmented capacity conductor is introduced.This method uses the advantages of Excel software to calculate the stress of the conductor and force unit under different temperatures.The calculated results are plotted as a stress—temperature curve.Thus the temperature of the transition point can be got quickly.The sag can also be calculated quickly according to the sag calculation formula.
