摘要
目的研究循证医学在药房管理中的应用情况以及效果。方法选择该药剂科采取循证医学药房管理,并对比2014年6月管理前与2015年5月管理后的药品不合格报损率、有效使用率、复核差错率、去向明确率、药房顾客满意率等指标,其中药房顾客满意率以发放调查问卷的方式统计对比。结果该研究主要针对24 620类药品进行调查,采取循证医学药房管理前(即2014年6月之前),药品不合格报损数量为457类,不合格报损率为1.86%,有效使用数量为23 430类,占比95.17%,复核差错数量832类,占比3.38%,去向明确数量为23 211类,占比94.28%;而采取循证医学药房管理后(即2015年5月之后),药品不合格报损数量为124类,不合格报损率为0.50%,有效使用数量为24 245类,占比98.48%,复核差错数量135类,占比0.55%,去向明确数量为24 530类,占比99.63%。而在药房满意率调查问卷发放方面,管理前后均发放问卷200份,均回收200份,回收率为100%,总满意率=(十分满意问卷量+一般满意问卷量)÷问卷总量×100%。根据问卷统计结果,循证医学药房管理前(即2013年6月之前),十分满意问卷为97份(占比48.5%);一般满意问卷为74份(占比37%);不满意问卷为29份(占比14.5%),总满意率为85.5%;循证医学药房管理后(即2014年5月之后),十分满意问卷为152份(占比76.0%);一般满意问卷为42份(占比21.0%);不满意问卷为6份(占比3.0%),总满意率为97.0%。相比以上数据,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证医学运用于药房管理,可以保证药物管理更加严格,同时大大提升服务满意度,具有推广意义。
Objective To study the application of evidence-based medicine in pharmacy management and its effect. Meth-ods Our pharmacy department take evidence-based medicine pharmacy management, and comparative management June 2013 before and after 2014 may management of drug failure reported loss rate, effective rate, review the error rate, the whereabouts of the clear up rate, pharmacy customer satisfaction rate etc. index, which prescription customer satisfaction rate to the issuance of the questionnaire survey way statistical comparison. Results Unqualified unqualified before the inves_tigation focuses on the results of the study 24 620 drug take evidence-based medicine pharmacy management (i.e. 2014 June before), drug reported loss number 457, unqualified reported loss rate was 1.86%, the effective use of the number of 23 430, accounted for 95.17%, check the error number 832, accounted for more than 3.38%, a clear destination number 23 211, ac_counted for 94.28%; and take evidence-based medicine pharmacy management (i.e.2015 may), drug reported loss number 124, unqualified reported loss rate was 0.50%, effective use of the number of categories, the proportion of 98.48%, complex nuclear error number 135, accounted for 0.55%, a clear destination number, accounted for 99.63%. In the prescription sat_isfaction survey questionnaire, 200 questionnaires were issued before and after the administration, all recovered 200 copies, and the recovery rate was 100%. Based on the statistical results of the questionnaire, evidence-based medicine pharmacy management before (i.e. before June 2014), very satisfaction questionnaire for 97 (accounted for 48.5%); general satisfaction questionnaire for 74 (accounted for 37%);no satisfaction questionnaire for 29 copies (accounted for 14.5%), total satisfaction rate was 85.5%;evidence based medicine pharmacy management(ie, 2015 after May), very satisfaction questionnaire for 152 (accounted for 76.0%); general satisfaction questionnaire for 42 (accounted for 21.
