摘要
随着人们生活水平提高,老龄化人口的增多,心血管疾病住院的患者越来越多,如何能够提高护理质量,降低患者住院期间出现意外风险的发生率越来越受到医护人员和患者的关注。该文从护理管理、护理人员、住院患者三方面总结分析了心血管内科护理管理期间存在的潜在风险,提出在护理工作中完善的护理管理机制、增强法制观念、岗位责任明确、加强技能培训、改善服务态度、学习沟通技巧、加强安全措施管理、加强健康教育等方法,最大程度消除护理工作中的潜在风险,提高护理满意度。
