摘要
目的探讨神经症与精神分裂症患者的社会支持现状及解决方案,为制定相应措施提供科学依据。方法该文旨在通过对近年来神经症与精神分裂症患者的社会支持现状情况调查,研究神经症与精神分裂症病人的社会支持现状,并提出防治对策,为神经症与精神分裂症的治疗提供基础依据。结果通过对近年来神经症与精神分裂症患者的社会支持现状的调查研究,目前阶段患者自身及社会对神经症与精神分裂症患者不同的看法,男性尤其是老人受到的社会支持明显降低,丧偶或离异的患者社会支持率下降,多次住院患者社会支持下降。结论神经症和精神分裂患者由于患病轻重较轻,存在显著的社会支持差异,对存在的现状应引起高度重视,制定相应的应对措施。
Objective To discuss social support in patients with schizophrenia and neurosis,provide the scientific basis for the formulation of appropriate measures.Methods This article is intended to pass on in recent years,neurosis and investigation on Status Quo of social support in patients with schizophrenia,neurosis and Research on Present Situation of social support of patients with schizophrenia,and propose preventive measures,provide a basis for treatment of nerve disorder and schizophrenia.Results By neurosis in recent years and the social support of patients with schizophrenia research on the present situation,at this stage the patient＇s own and social views on different neural disorder and schizophrenia,men in particular,social support of the elderly are significantly lower,widowed or divorced social support of patients with the fall in social support of patients in hospital fell several times.Conclusion Neurotic and schizophrenic lighter weight due to illness,there are significant differences in social support,pay enough attention to exist and develop appropriate responses.
