摘要
目的探讨层级护理管理模式在该院心内科实施效果。方法选择该院心内科护理人员为研究对象,对其实施层级护理管理模式。自行设计工作质量评价方案,此评价方案包括病区管理质量评价、基础护理质量评价、护理措施质量评价、护理文件书写质量评价、预防差错事故质量评价,分别在层级管理实施前和层级管理实施后进行工作满意度评价。采用明尼苏达满意度量表,分别在层级管理实施前和层级管理实施后进行工作满意度评价。结果层级护理管理模式实施后病区管理质量评价、基础护理质量评价、护理措施质量评价、护理文件书写质量评价、消毒隔离质量评价、分级护理质量评价、患者对护理服务评价、急救物品管理质措施评价、预防差错事故质量评价等评分分别高于实施前评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。层级护理管理模式实施后内在满意度评价、外在满意度评价、一般满意度评价评分分别高于实施前评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级护理管理模式有助于提高心内科护理人员工作质量,提高工作满意度,效果显著,值得借鉴。
Objective To Explore the operation effect of level nursing management mode in cardiology department. Methods We chose the nurses in the cardiology department as the research object, and implemented the levels' nursing management mode. We designed the evaluation scheme of work quality which included the quality evaluations of inpatient area,basic nursing, nursing intervention, nursing documents writing and accident prevention. Then they were accepted work satisfaction evaluation respectively before and after the level nursing management. We adopted Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire to make the work satisfaction evaluation before and after the level nursing management. Results The grade of level nursing management mode in the quality evaluations of inpatient area, basic nursing, nursing intervention,evaluating the quality of basic nursing care, nursing quality evaluation of measures, nursing documents writing and accident prevention is higher than non-level nursing management,grading nursing quality evaluation, patients on Evaluation of nursing service and emergency materials management quality is, prevent accidents quality evaluation score were higher than the score before,the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05).The grade of internal, external and general satisfaction evaluation after the implement of level nursing management mode is higher than before, which has statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusions Level nursing management mode is helpful for improving the work quality of nurses in cardiology department, and increasing work satisfaction evaluation. The effect is obvious, worthy for reference.
