摘要
该文以搜集各种文献为基础,归纳出了ICU护士职业危害的一般原因,同时提出了有效的防护方案,从而对ICU护士护理环节中职业危害的原因和防护方案进行深入研究,增强ICU护士在职业危害因素层面的了解程度。最终提升了ICU护理工作者的自我防护观念,防止了护理工作者出现职业病的危险。
The to collect a variety of literature based, summed up the reasons of the ICU nurses, occupational hazards, and the effective protection scheme is put forward, thus of occupational hazards in ICU nurses and nursing aspects reasons and protective program for further study, enhanced ICU nurses in the occupational hazards factors level of understanding. Even-tually enhance the ICU nursing staff＇s self protection concept, prevent the risk of occupational disease of nursing workers.
