摘要
目的：分析该院心血管内科住院患者常见死亡原因及性别、年龄的相关性。方法采用回顾性研究方法,收集该院2015年1月1日-2015年11月30日心血管内科住院患者死亡病例资料,分析患心血管疾病情况、直接死亡原因及其性别、年龄差异。结果27例心血管科住院死亡病例中,男性21例,女性6例；年龄45-90岁,其中40-50岁2例,50-60岁3例,60-70岁4例,70-80岁9例,80-90岁9例。直接死亡原因：急性心肌梗死10例；慢性心衰10例；心脏骤停2例；急性心衰1例；肺癌2例；进行性肌萎缩1例；腹主动脉瘤破裂1例。慢性心衰病例中分：冠心病缺血性心肌病9例,风心病1例。合并高血压16例,占59.2%,合并糖尿病10例,占37.0%,合并肺部感染8例（29.6%）。结论缺血性心脏病是心血管疾病住院死亡原因中最常见的病因,心血管疾病随着年龄的增加发生死亡的可能性递增,男性是心血管疾病死亡的高危因素。
Objective To analyze the correlation between cardiovascular department of internal medicine in our hospital the common causes of death and sex, age of patients in hospital. Methods Retrospective study collected in our hospital January 1, 2015 to November 30, 2015 cardiovascular internal medicine inpatients data of death cases, analysis suffer from cardio-vascular disease, direct death causes and differences in gender and age. Results 27 cases of male cardiovascular inpatient deaths in： 21 people, 6 female; age： 45-90 years old, of which 2 were 40-50 years old and 50-60 years old 60-70 years old 3 people, 4 people, 9 people aged 70-80 years, 80-90 years 9. The direct cause of death： Acute myocardial infarction：10 cases; Chronic heart failure in 10 cases; Cardiac arrest in 2 cases, Acute heart failure： 1 cases; Lung cancer： 2 cases;Muscular atrophy （1 case）： Abdominal aortic aneurysm rupture in 1 case. Chronic heart failure cases： 9 cases of coronary heart disease and ischemic heart disease, rheumatic heart disease： 1 cases. 16 patients with hypertension, 10 patients with diabetes accounted for 59.2%, accounting for 37%, 8 cases with pulmonary infection （29.6%）. Conclusion Ischemic heart disease is the death cause of hospitalization for cardiovascular disease is the most common cause, cardiovascular disease as the age increases the likelihood of death is increasing, men are death from cardiovascular disease risk factors.
