摘要
近年来,随着我国医疗改革的进一步推进,医疗机构的医疗费用支付模式也在不断发生转变,逐渐向单病种付费方式发展,并且不断扩大覆盖范围。但是在现行运行机制下,医院实行单病种付费模式存在一定的风险,对医院的社会效益、管理能力、经济效益以及医疗服务质量等多个方面带来了巨大的挑战。因此,该文探讨了医院实行单病种付费的管理模式及策略,以期为医院管理水平的提高提供一定帮助。
In recent years, with the further advance of China＆#39;s medical reform, the medical institutions of medical treatment charge pays mode has been changed, gradually to the payment method of single diseases development, and constantly ex-panding coverage. But under the current operating mechanism, the hospital in single disease payment mode has certain risk, the social benefit of hospital, management ability, economic efficiency and the quality of medical services, and other aspects are of great challenge. Therefore, this article discusses the hospital management mode and strategy of the single macro-re-forms, in order to provide certain help for the improvement of hospital management.
