摘要
利用甘肃省卫生和计划生育委员会获得的数据,分析2010—2014年甘肃省综合医院每个患者(门诊和住院)医疗费用的增长情况及医疗费用构成,探究甘肃省医疗费用增长现状及原因。甘肃省医疗费用增长过快的主要原因有支付方式和消费意识改变、人口老龄化、医院职能转变等。
We analyzed the growth of the medical expenses of each patient （outpatient and inpatient） and the composition of medical expenses in Gansu province based on the data obtained by the Health and Family Planning Commission of Gansu from 2010 to 2014 and explored the current situation and reasons of the increasing medical expenditure in Gansu province. The main reason for the rapid growth of medical expenses includes the transformation of the mode of payment and consumer awareness, the aging population, the transformation of hospital functions, etc.
