船舶机械区拦水扁铁的选型和布置

摘要 随着船舶技术快速发展,人们对船舶建造的要求也越来越高。现场施工工序、船东意见、修改率等都会对项目进度产生影响。为加快项目进度,减少现场修改率,提高生产效率,要求设计人员不断提高本专业的业务水平。机械区拦水扁铁的设计是内装专业容易忽略的部分,且拦水扁铁属于预舾装件,需要在分段阶段完成焊接,因此,须尽快规范机械区扁铁的布置和选型。 As the fast development of marine technology, the requirement for the construction of the ship is also getting higher and higher. Construction procedures, owner comments and modification rate etc. will have a impact on the project schedule. In order to promote the progress, reduce the modification rate, improve the production efficiency, designers should continuously inprove the professional level of business. The design of coaming in machinery area is easy to be neglected, and the coaming belongs to pre outfitting, which need to complete the welding in the block stage. Therefore, it is required to regulate the layout and type selection of the coaming in the machinery area as soon as possible.
