摘要
研究了形变后时效时间对304不锈钢延伸率、硬度和显微组织的影响。结果表明:采用室温拉伸30%后进行900℃时效10~30 min热处理的相变循环,相变循环2次后,均实现了超塑性,随着时效时间的增加总延伸率增加,时效20 min后达到最大值195%后减小,硬度呈现类似的变化规律。显微组织观察结果表明,随着时效时间的增大,晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,在时效20 min时晶粒最小。
The effect of aging time after deformation on the elongation,hardness and microstructure of 304 stainless steel was studied. The results showed that after stretching 30% at room temperature and then aging at 900 ℃ for 10 to30 min as one phase change cycle,after two cycles,the phase transformation superplasticity can be achieved. With the increase of the aging time the total elongation increased,and reached the maximum of 195% for aging 20 min,and then decreased. The changing rule of the hardness was similar. The microstructure observations showed that with the increase of aging time,grain size decreased firstly,and then increased,and the grain size was the most small for aging 20 min.
