摘要
目的探讨强化优质护理与荷芪散联对2型糖尿病前期患者症状相关指标的影响。方法选取2013年2月～2015年4月我院门诊和住院的T2DM前期患者112例作为研究对象,将其按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各56例。所有患者均给予荷芪散口服治疗,2次/d,1剂/次,同时对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展强化优质护理干预,两组均干预90 d,分别于治疗前、后测定并比较两组患者症状相关指标（BMI、FBG、Hb Alc、INS等）。结果治疗后,观察组的FBG（5.93±0.42）mmol/L、2 h PBG（8.01±0.85）mmol/L与对照组的（6.31±0.45）mmol/L、（8.57±0.84）mmol/L比较,差异有统计学意义（t=4.365、3.314,P〈0.05）;观察组的BMI（23.98±0.86）kg/m2、Hb A1c（5.84±0.44）%均低于对照组的（25.16±0.91）kg/m2、（6.05±0.45）%,差异有统计学意义（t=6.664、2.359,P〈0.05）;观察组的INS（10.01±5.26）m IU/L、2 h INS（38.32±5.41）m IU/L均低于对照组的（12.14±5.15）m IU/L、（41.56±5.54）m IU/L,差异有统计学意义（t=2.046、3.032,P〈0.05）。结论针对T2DM前期患者在荷芪散治疗基础上实施强化优质护理干预,能有效降低患者的血糖水平及胰岛素水平,并且减轻体重,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of intensified high quality nursing combining with Heqi powder on relevant indexes of prediabetic state in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From February 2013 to April 2015,112 prediabetic patients with T2 DM from outpatient clinics and hospitalization were selected as research objects.They were evenly divided into observation group and control group by a random number table,56 cases in each group.All patients were provided with oral administration of Heqi powder,one package each time and twice per day.At the same time,conventional nursing was used in the control group,while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group,intensified high quality nursing for intervention was implemented.Interventions were lasted 90 days in each group.The relevant indexes of symptoms including BMI,FBG,Hb A1 c,and INS were tested and compared before and after therapy.Results After treatment, in the observation group,the values of FBG and 2 h PBG were（5.93 ±0.42）mmol/L and（8.01±0.85） mmol/L,much lower in comparison with those in the control group,（6.31±0.45） mmol/L and（8.57±0.84）mmol/L respectively,with a statisticant difference（t=4.365 and 3.314,P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the values of BMI and Hb Alc were（23.98 ±0.86） kg/m2and（5.84±0.44） %,both lower than those of control group,（25.16±0.91） kg/m2and（6.05±0.45） %,with a statisticant difference（t=6.664 and 2.359,P〈0.05）.The values of INS and 2 h INS were（10.01 ±5.26） m IU/L and（38.32 ±5.41） m IU/L in the observation group,greatly lower than those of control group,（12.14 ±5.15） m IU/L and（41.56 ±5.54）m IU/L with a statisticant difference（t=2.046 and 3.032,P〈0.05）.Conclusion For prediabetic patients of T2 DM,on the basis of Heqi powder,implementation of intensified high quality nursing as an intervention can effectively decrease the levels of blood glucose and insulin as well as lose weight,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
