摘要
目的对综合疗法在牙周牙髓联合病变患者中的治疗效果进行调查分析。方法整群抽选该院84例牙周牙髓联合病变患者,所有人员均为2014年8月—2015年8月间来院治疗的患者,将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,观察组患者采用综合疗法进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规方式进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者疼痛、牙周炎、牙齿松动人数分别为2例、1例、1例,明显少于对照组,观察组患者患牙保留率为92.9%,明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者痊愈的29例,病情缓解的11例,评价有效率为95.2%;对照组患者痊愈的18例,病情缓解的17例,评价有效率为83.3%,比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论综合治疗能够有效改善牙周牙髓病变患者的病情。
Objective In patients with pulp periodontal lesions in the therapeutic effect of the combination therapy were investigated. Methods Group selection selected in our hospital 84 cases of combined periodontal endodontic lesions, all the staff are treated in August 2014-August 2015 to the patients, all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 42 cases in each group, the observation group were treated by comprehensive therapy, the control group was treated with conventional treatment, compared two groups of patients. Results Patients with periodontitis, pain, loose teeth,there were 2 cases, 1 cases, 1 cases were significantly less than the control group, the observation group patients The tooth retention rate was 92.9%, significantly higher than the control group, there is obvious difference, P〈0.05. observation group 29 cases were cured, 11 cases of remission, evaluate the efficiency of 95.2%; control group 18 cases were cured, 17 cases of remission, evaluate the efficiency of 83.3%, compared in significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment can effectively improve the patients with periodontal endodontic lesions of the disease.
