摘要
目的探讨膝关节结核融合外固定术术后采用优质护理模式的临床效果。方法整群选取临床纳入68例该院2013年1月—2015年9月期间收治的膝关节结核患者,患者均行膝关节结核融合外固定术治疗;按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,其中34例患者采用传统的常规护理作为对照组,另34例患者采用优质护理模式护理作为观察组;观察两组患者护理后相关并发症发生率和患者满意度情况。结果两组患者护理后,病情均有所改善,观察组患者的满意度97.1%明显高于对照组的79.4%,观察组骶尾部压疮和针道渗液发生率明显低于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节结核融合外固定术治疗后采用优质护理模式护理,有效的提高了患者的满意度,提高了临床治疗效果,降低了术后并发症的发生,增强了护理人员的工作积极性,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of high-quality nursing model after the tuberculosis of knee joint fusion and external fixation. Methods 68 cases of patients with tuberculosis of knee joint admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each, all patients were treated with tuberculosis of knee joint fusion and external fixation, the control group adopted traditional conventional nursing, the observation group adopted high-quality nursing model, and the incidence rates of relevant complications after nursing and satisfactory degrees 0f.the two groups were observed. Results After nursing, the disease conditions were im- proved, the satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（97.1% vs 79.4%）, the incidence rates of pressure sores in sacrococeygeal region and pin tract effusion in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the results had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The high- quality nursing model after tuberculosis of knee joint fusion and external fixation can effectively improve the satisfactory de- gree and clinical effective effect, decrease the occurrence of postoperative complications and enhance the working enthusi- asm of nursing staff, which is worth clinical application and promotion.
