摘要
目的探讨采用小剂量螺内酯治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法方便选取该院2010年3月—2015年10月收治的冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者100例,分为两组,对照组和实验组,每组50例患者,对照组使用中等剂量的螺内酯(25 mg/d)进行冠心病慢性心力衰竭治疗,实验组采用小剂量的螺内酯(10 mg/d)进行治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组患者的治疗有效率为94.0%,实验组患者的治疗有效率为96.0%,两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在两组患者的并发症发生情况比较,实验组患者的并发症发生率要低于对照组,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量螺内酯治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的效果显著,并发症发生率小,有效改善心功能,值得临床推广和使用。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of small-dose spirolactone in treatment of coronary chronic heart failure. Methods 100 cases of patients with coronary chronic heart failure admitted and treated in our hospital from March2010 to October 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group were treated with medium dose spirolactone（25mg/d）, the experimental group were treated with small-dose spirolactone,（10mg/d）, the treatment effects were observed between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate was 94.0% in the control group and96.0% in the experimental group, and the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant P〉0.05, the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant P〈0.05. Conclusion The small-dose spirolactone in treatment of coronary chronic heart failure has an obvious effect and small incidence rate of complications, and it can effectively improve the heart function and is worth clinical promotion and application.
