摘要 以石墨烯作为超级电容器的电极材料,在7 mol/L的KOH中研究其电化学性能。利用简单的热膨胀法在200℃中制备得到单层石墨烯材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜法(TEM)、X射线光电子光谱法(XPS)研究了石墨烯及其复合材料的微观形貌和结构特性。在放电电流密度为1 m A/cm2的条件下,其单电极比电容可以达到307 F/g。经过1 000次充放电循环之后,其衰减量仅为6.8%,显示了良好的循环寿命。 The electrochemical performance of the supercapacitors with graphene as electrode materials was studied in 7 mol/L KOH.The graphene was prepared by simple thermal expansion at 200 ℃.The morphology and characteristics of the samples were studied by XRD,TEM and XPS.The specific capacitance of the prepared graphene is 307 F/g at the current density of 1 m A/cm2.After 1 000 cycles of constant charge-discharge,the specific capacitance reduces about 6.8%,demonstrating its good cycle life.
