摘要
监狱学人才是监狱学学科建设的软实力,监狱学学科建设需要具有责任感和独立性的复合型研究人才。为此,本文提出了监狱学人才培养的理念与目标,分析了目前监狱学人才培养与学科建设面临的双重困境,探寻了监狱学学科建设与专业人才培养路径,以期对监狱学学科建设及监狱发展有所裨益。
Prison studies talent is soft power of penology subject construction,penology subject construction needs the talents with the sense of responsibility and independence. To this aim,the paper puts forward the prison study idea and goal of talent training,analysis the current prison to learn the double dilemma facing the talent training and discipline construction,explore the penology subject construction and professional talent training path,in order to help to learn discipline construction and development of prison.
