近视的流行病学调查 被引量:14

摘要 近年来,大量流行病学调查显示,近视在全球范围已成为一种常见病,是一个影响公众生活质量的公共健康问题[1-2],而未矫正的屈光不正为目前视力受损的最主要原因之一[3]。高度近视可导致一系列严重的并发症,如视网膜脱离、视网膜下新生血管增生、白内障和青光眼等[4-9]。在过去的几十年里,从遗传的角度来研究近视的发病机制呈现出很多可信的生物学参数方面的证据。
