核电厂淋水盘式除氧器保压逻辑分析与优化

摘要 文章介绍了核电厂淋水盘式除氧器的主要作用、除氧原理,详细分析了淋水盘式除氧器的结构及瞬态工况时,除氧器压力下降速率的要求。通过实例分析,提出了红沿河核电项目淋水盘式除氧器关于保压逻辑触发方式、触发定值、压降控制曲线、补水流量曲线和复位方式的优化方案。结果表明经过优化后的淋水盘式除氧器保压逻辑的安全性、可靠性更高。 This article briefly describes the main functions and the deaeration principle of the tray-spray steam deaerator, introduces the detailed structure and the tray-spray steam deaerator pressure drop rate requirement in transient condition. After analyzing the troy-spray steam deaemtor pressure maintaining logic on the trigger mode, trigger value, pressure control curve, water flow curve and the reset mode, the proposal for optimized tray-spray steam deaerator pressure maintaining logic of the deaerator of Hongyanhe nuclear power project was presented with examples. The conclusion is the safety and the reliabiliW of optimized logic for tray-spray steam deaerator pressure maintaining is higher than before.
