摘要
研究了热轧无缝管氧化皮产生的原因。就试验研究和使用情况探讨了氧化皮残留在一定条件下会加速油管或套管的腐蚀的问题,且存在堵塞管路的危害性。结合当前无缝管厂去除氧化皮的常用方法及实际控制效果,从使用角度出发,提出对油管和套管产品氧化皮控制的新参考标准和对表面质量控制的建议。
The reasons for the appearance that oxide skin on hot-rolled seamless pipe were studied. Based on the experimental research and usage, the problems that the remained oxide skin would accelerate the corrosion of tubing and casing in certain conditions were discussed. Combined with the common methods of removing oxide skin in seamless pipe factory and actual control effects, the new reference standards for controlling the oxide skin of tubing and casing and the suggestions for controlling the surface quality were developed from the point of use.
