摘要
介绍了铝、镁合金微弧氧化复合加工技术的研究现状。综述了复合加工技术制备复合膜层的微观形貌、力学性能及耐蚀性能。与单一微弧氧化陶瓷膜层相比,复合膜层在力学性能和耐蚀性能方面有了明显的改善。
The research status of micro-arc oxidation compound machining technology for A1 and Mg alloy was introduced. The microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of composite coating prepared by compound machining technology were summarized. The composite coatings show better performance on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance compared with the single micro-arc oxidation ceramic coating.
