128层螺旋CT在髋臼CE角测量中的临床应用研究

摘要 目的探讨髋臼CE角在128层螺旋CT上的测量方法,为成人髋臼发育不良的诊断及髋臼的手术治疗提供一定的依据。方法对95例成人双侧正常髋关节CT图像进行三维重建,分别平行和垂直于人体重力线的冠状面及水平面重组,测量及分析髋臼CE角。结果总CE角为(31.55±5.67)°,男性为(33.08±5.52)°,女性为(30.49±5.55)°。髋臼CE角在性别间及左右侧的比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05);年龄段间比较有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论以人体重力线为参照测量髋臼CE角准确客观,能为髋臼发育不良的诊断和髋臼的手术治疗提供指导。 Objective To explore the measurement of CE angle through 128 slices spiral CT,and provide the evidence for the diagnosis of the adult acetabular dysplasia and the operation on acetabulum.Methods The CT scans of normal adult bilateral hip of 95 cases underwent three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction.The coronal and horizontal plane parallel and perpendicular to the human body gravity linerecombinations were made.The measurement and analysis of the CE angle from the above planes were performed.Results The degree of the total CE angle was(31.55±5.67)°,of male was(33.08±5.52)°and of female was(30.49±5.55)°.There were no significant differences in the degree of CE angle between men and women(P〉0.05),and between the left and right sides(P 〉0.05),while there were significant differences between the different age groups(P〈 0.05).Conclusion Taking the human body gravity line as the reference for the measurement of acetabular CE angle is accurate and objective,and can provide guidance for the diagnosis of acetabular dysplasia and the operation of the acetabulum.
