摘要
季节性变应性鼻炎的发作节气多为清明和立秋前后,发病时严重影响患者的生活质量。文章报道了2例通过提前服用中药,扶助患者正气,预防季节性变应性鼻炎发作的验案。发作之前,扶助机体正气以固本,使其能够抵御外邪侵袭;发作期,配合对症药物以治标,标本同治,以达到不发作或明显减轻症状的目的,疗效满意。治病于未发之时,是中医的优势,也是治疗季节性变应性鼻炎的思路。此法为《黄帝内经》"不治已病治未病"理论的具体应用,体现了"正气存内,邪不可干"的中医理论精髓。
The onset time of seasonal allergic was more around early April and autumn begins, which severely affects patients＇ life quality. This paper reports 2 proven cases of intervening seasonal allergic rhinitis with Chinese medicine. Taking Chinese medicine prior to the illness could support the healthy energy to defending the attacks of exogenous evils. Treating symptomatically in onset period to stop the attacks and reduce symptoms obviously. Preventive treatment of disease is the advantage of Chinese medicine, as well as ideas for treating seasonal allergic rhinitis. This therapy is the specific application of ‘preventive treatment of disease＇ theory in Huangdi Neijing, which embodies the essence of Chinese medicine theory as ‘when there is sufficient health qi inside, the pathogenic qi have no way to invade the health body＇.
