摘要
以前组织冗余的理论基础主要来自于厂商行为理论、资源基础观、资源约束观以及代理人理论。研究者尝试从新资源基础观的视角分析组织冗余,在此基础上解释了组织冗余和跨界经营、连接红利之间的联系。
Extant researches on organizational slack are mostly from the perspectives of firm behavior theory,resource-based view,resource constraints view and agent theory. The author tries to examine organizational slack from the perspective of new resource-based view and explain the relationship between organizational slack and cross-border or linkage dividend.
