摘要
不计报酬、舍己为人、艰苦奋斗的志愿者精神已经成为当代社会青年的一种精神追求[1],志愿者服务将会极大促进智慧旅游的发展。该项目以北京智慧旅游特定群体的需求为切入点,从志愿者的角度出发,采取理论分析与实证调研相结合的方法,研究北京大学生志愿者对开展北京智慧旅游服务的理解,调查其开展北京智慧旅游服务的状况,找出目前存在的问题,并提出合理化对策和建议,进一步提升大学生志愿者的服务能力和服务水平,不断完善和发展大学生志愿者活动,促进北京智慧旅游服务事业的健康快速发展。
Young generation today pursue a kind of voluntary spirit that is unpaid, self sacrificed and hard working,Volunteer services will greatly promote the development of tourism wisdom. Current project takes the Beijing Intelligent Tourism specific group＇s demand as the breakthrough point. This project is carried out from the perspective of volunteers, utilizing the method of combining theoretical analysis with empirical research. First, college volunteers ＂ understanding about the Beijing Intelligent Tourism Service is studied. Then, the situation of Beijing Intelligent Tourism service was investigated to find out the existing problems and reasonable suggestions were provided. The purpose of this survey is to comprehensively improve the level of service and ability of college volunteers. What＇s more, it can help college volunteers to improve and complete when carrying out do the Beijing Intelligent Tourism Service.
