摘要
以新疆昌吉回族自治州为例,在SWOT定性分析该区域发展生态农庄的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战的基础上,用SWOTAHP模型构建生态农庄发展战略层次分析模型,得出其综合评价值(0.146,0.339),确定其发展战略选择为SO开拓型战略,即昌吉州生态农庄发展主要应结合自身优势,把握外部机遇,协调稳步增长;同时提出了相关的政策建议。
With Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture as an example, on the base of SWOT, qualitatively analysising the strengths , weaknesses , opportunities and threats of the region developing eco-farm, this paper uses SWOT-AHP model to build its analytic hierarchy model of development strategy. Results shows that its comprehensive evaluation value is （0.146, 0.339） whereby correspond- ing choice of development strategy is SO which is pioneering strategy. Therefore, development of eco-farm should combines itself strengths , and grasps external opportunities in coordination and steadily pace for Changii Hui Autonomous Prefecture. Meantime, this paper proposes corresponding policy and recommendations .
