摘要
随着信息化、网络化的发展,为满足读者的个性化需求,参考咨询服务工作已逐渐成为图书馆服务工作的重要组成部分。本文针对高职图书馆参考咨询服务的现状进行分析、梳理,总结了参考咨询服务工作中存在的问题,尝试对参考咨询服务发展前景做出相关思考。希望通过本文的研究,能总结有用的经验,进一步推动有关工作的开展。
With the development of informatization and network,in order to meet the personalized needs of readers,the reference service work has gradually become an important part of library service. This paper analyzes the present situation of reference service in higher vocational college library,summarizes the problems existing in the reference service work,and tries to make some thoughts on the development of reference service. It’s hoped that the useful experience can be summarized,and the development of the related work will be further promoted through this study.
