便携式红外甲烷传感器硬件设计与实现

摘要 针对传统红外甲烷传感器体积大、操作繁琐等问题,设计出了一种便携式红外甲烷传感器,实现了气室小型化的要求。该红外甲烷传感器是以MSP430系列单片机为核心,具有实时测量、数字显示以及超限报警等功能。阐述了差分吸收法的工作原理,设计了气室结构并进行了仿真分析,分析结果表明该气室反射光分布均匀,不仅有利于探测器的接收,而且延长了光程;同时也设计了该传感器的电路系统。实验结果显示,该红外甲烷传感器可进行全量程范围浓度的检测、精度高、灵敏度好,还具有体积小,便于维护以及操作简单等的特点,非常适合随身的携带和在野外条件下的使用。 Aiming at the problems of large volume and complicated operation of traditional methane detector, a portable infrared methane sensor was designed to realize the requirements of miniaturization. The infrared methane sensor was based on MSP430 microcontroller as the core, having the function of real-time detection, digital display and overrunning alarm The working principle of differential absorption was introduced, and structure of the air chamber was designed and the results of simulation and analysis show that reflected light in the gas chamber is distributed uniformly, that is not only conducive to the reception of the detector, but also extend the optical path; At the same time ,the circuit system of the sensor was also designed. Experimental results show that the sensor can achieve full range detection, high accuracy and fast responsing time. It also has small size, easy operation and maintenance, etc ,and is suitable for carrying and field condition.
