摘要
以自升式钻井平台中KK型管节点为例,采用ANSYS软件建立不同几何参数下管节点的有限元模型,计算管节点在不同加载方式下的应力分布,重点分析其几何形状突变区域——撑杆与弦杆交汇处的应力集中系数,找到应力集中系数与各个几何参数之间的变化规律,总结出有利于KK型管节点疲劳性能的参数取值范围。
Taking tubular KK-joints of jack-up platform as example, the finite element model with different geometrical parameters is established by ANSYS. The stress distribution in a variety of load cases is calculated to investigate the stress concentration factor (SCF) around the intersection of the tube. The numerical results are used to derive the curves for SCFs under the influence of geometrical parameters, and find the optimum geometrical parameter values in terms of fatigue performance.
