青光眼睫状体炎综合征视网膜神经纤维层厚度变化的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察青光眼睫状体炎综合征(PSS)发作后3个月内视网膜神经纤维层厚度(RNFLT)的变化。方法用相干光断层扫描仪(OCT)对28例(28只眼)PSS患者发作眼眼压控制后3 d内及3个月的双眼RNFLT进行测量,发作眼与对侧眼的RNFLT进行比较,不同时间点之间进行比较。结果 PSS发作眼组急性发作3 d内的视网膜神经纤维层平均厚度及各象限厚度与发作3个月后的比较,差异无统计学意义。PSS发作眼组急性发作3 d内及3个月后的视网膜神经纤维层平均厚度及各象限厚度分别与同时期的对侧眼组及正常对照组进行比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PSS属于一种预后较好的疾病,短期内反复发作无视功能损害。 Objective To observe the changes in retinal nerve fiber layer thickness in patients diagnosed with Posner-Schlossman's Syndrome. Methods Twenty-eight patients with Posner-Schlossman's Syndrome and 30 normal subjects were included in our study. Bilateral retinal nerve fiber layer thickness( RNFLT) were measured using optical coherence tomography( OCT) within 3 days and 3 months after the attack. Results There was no significant difference in the changes of RNFLT among all the groups mentioned above. Conclusions There was no visual function loss after PSS attack in term. PSS may still be considered as having a good prognosis.
